Rates Outreach
Working in collaboration with Coachella Water Authority and Sanitary District, CV Strategies created a successful strategy to garner public buy-in for new sewer rates. Using community meetings, a clear public hearing notice and bilingual outreach, CV Strategies increased ratepayer awareness on why rate changes were needed and supported Coachella Water Authority and Sanitary District through out the entire Proposition 218 process.
