CV Strategies appoints new Director of Operations

CV Strategies recently promoted Natalie Guzy to Director of Operations, expanding her leadership within the firm after three years of serving clients, supporting internal initiatives, and producing visual media.

Previously a Senior Account Specialist, Natalie will oversee cross-team collaboration, strategic planning, and project management to support the systems behind the firm’s day-to-day work. Her responsibilities will encompass process enhancements, budget and resource oversight, and broader organizational priorities. She will also continue managing her existing accounts while leading photography and video efforts.

Natalie brings a diverse professional background to the position, with experience spanning operations, sales engineering administration, project coordination, and multimedia production. Before joining CV Strategies, she served as an operations manager and later as a senior sales engineering administrator, building expertise in workflow development, resource coordination, and business administration.

She holds a Master of Science in Scientific and Technological Imaging, a multidisciplinary program that paired advanced visual media studies with an emphasis on project and business management. That combination of creative and organizational expertise has shaped her work, where she has led photo and video productions, strengthened internal workflows, cultivated media relationships, and supported collaboration across departments.

As Director of Operations, Natalie will bring that experience to a broader agency-wide role, helping align people, resources, and priorities as the company continues to grow.
