CV Strategies was brought in to develop and create the Strategic Plan, facilitate the strategic planning process and identify the plans themes and objectives with key staff. CV Strategies held a series of interactive, facilitated workshops with staff and board members to identify key elements and internal planning teams were developed to tackle areas of focus, allowing the district to develop tactics and tasks that were actionable, pragmatic, and time-sensitive. Throughout the development and implementation of the plan, frequent customer engagement connected district accomplishments with customer benefits to garner support and enhance transparency.
